I want to increase the boost and I need info on the CRV pulley. Do I need to change injectors and does anyone know what belt sizes I would need ? I'm running JRSC on a 98Civic SiR [B16A engine]. I've got Field Vtec controller Custom intake custom 2.5 " exhaust and Kamakazi ceramic coated header and JR high fuel pump JR BTC .

Well, you can go with the JR "Band aids" like the JR Map Mod along with a few other goodies like the Cartech FPR.

Or you can go with the Hondata setup.

Or you can go with Zip's creation.

It's up to you to decide on what setup you want to run.

Here's my setup: JR BTC, JR Map Mod, Cartech FPR, GSR crank pulley, GSS-342 fuel pump, JR Vpac, and timing set at 13 degrees.

    Question

How much boost do you want to have? I have a very similar setup to yours, but I'm using the GSR Crank Case pulley and I see 9 psi at WOT.

I believe the CRV pulley will put you at 11-12 psi!

As much boost as possible without blowing up the engine.
Seriously 8-10 lbs if I can run that safely!
I'm not sure what other mods ,if any ,that I need to make to run that boost

I assume you are happy with your set up. What kind of performance are you getting and how is the reliability?
I am leaning towards the EBL but I would like more feedback on how well it works

I'm very happy with the setup. I have no audible detonation what so ever. The car pulls very strong thru out the entire power band without any hiccups or stuttering.

The GSR pulley is smaller than the CRV pulley. So you will make even less PSI than the guy with the GSR pulley.
The CRV pulley is 6.425" now divide that number by your current crank pulley. The difference would be your overdrive or the amount of air increase in percentages that will be coming out of the blower.

Every 4% is good for about 1 psi, but its all relative to heat, friction losses and cam timing.
